Make your reservation online at the Marriott website or call 1-877-622-3056 and ask for the group Weave Your Heart. Reservations must be made by June 6, 2013 to ensure you get the group rates for our attendees.
Our room block runs June 27, 2013 thru July 7, 2013 (July 8 check-out date). The hotel will honor our room rate +/- 3 days based on availability. Due to high demand for rooms, we are running low or out of rooms on some nights at the $139 rate, check on-line for availability. A wait listed room means you have a room confirmed, you are just wait listed for the $139 rate. As people firm up their travel plans some of the wait list will clear to a $139 rate. If calling be sure they pull up the group Weave Your Heart to see that the dates are in fact available for booking. You may have to ask for Passkey or Enhanced reservations.
