All private information of Weave Your Heart in San Francisco attendees is handled only by Weave Your Heart in San Francisco / Bay Pearls, Inc. board members and the IAGSDC webmaster to ensure that personal information is kept confidential from the "outside world".  Generally, personal information is not released to anyone except those individuals who have a need to know in order to perform their functions for the Convention.

Weave Your Heart in San Francisco / Bay Pearls, Inc. uses reasonable efforts to establish and maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of personal information.

Paper and electronic records are retained and accessed only by the Weave Your Heart in San Francisco Registrar(s) and board members.  No one else has access to these records.  Certain information - Attendee's names, club affiliations and registration status - will be released only to IAGSDC entities who require this information as part of the licensing of the IAGSDC Convention to Weave Your Heart in San Francisco / Bay Pearls, Inc.
