Official Airline

American Airlines is offering a 5% discount on air travel to SFO for our convention.  To get the discount go to aa.com/group and use the promotion code 6563BY when booking your air travel.

San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

SFO, the “gateway to the Pacific,” is a world-class airport serving tens of millions of domestic and international passengers annually.  One of the world’s 30 busiest airports, SFO offers numerous direct flights or flights with one connection from almost anywhere.  While there are other airports in the San Francisco Bay Area, SFO offers the most convenient transportation options to our host hotel.

Oakland International Airport (OAK)

OAK airport is an alternative to SFO airport.  While SFO offers better transportation to the host hotel there are a few airlines that offer better service to OAK as well as maybe slightly cheaper fares.

Rental Cars

Not Needed!  Yes that is correct, quite often having a car in San Francisco is more hassle and cost than convenience.  If you find you want to explore outside of San Francisco city limits one of the days you are here, you can rent a car for the day.  Parking within San Francisco, especially around the host hotel and other numerous attractions can be very pricy.

Parking

The host hotel only offers valet parking.  As a more reasonable option there is a parking lot kitty-corner from the host hotel called the 5th and Mission Garage that is located on Mission Street and spans between 4th Street and 5th Street, currently for $32.00 per day.

Trains

Trains into the San Francisco area will take you to the Emeryville station.  From there Amtrak offers a Thruway bus that will bring you to San Fracisco Shopping Center on Market Street which is located a block away from the host hotel.
